“ This place was recommended to us by a few people, since we are new to the area and locals highly recommended it-saying they had the best burgers. I am a fuss pot... but their hamburger, is the way a hamburger should be!! It was absolutely delicious, half pound.. all the fixings asked for on the side so I can load them up the way I like the order on my burger... which they did... coleslaw was excellent, my husband had fries. It’s an old style neighbourhood pub.. so it was noisier than I prefer, but I had prepared myself for it to be noisy because I heard it’s a happening place... and it was, pretty much full... with some outdoor seating as well. The prices were more than reasonable, lots of things on the menu I would try in the future, and we will definitely be back. Service was a wee bit slow, but I don’t want to blame the waitress because she was very busy with the place being full- in season-no surprise with all of the snowbirds and tourists... owner came over and talked to us. She’s a lovely lady who has worked 37 years - making that restaurant is success that it is. ”

“ I found this gem a few months back while visiting a client in Hobe Sound. Come and enjoy their friendly service, the camaraderie treat and cool establishment it represent. I even brought my family on a weekend day and they loved it. Their Fish sandwich is superb, tasty and a real good portion, combine with coleslaw and fries its the best! I sat on the bar today and the girls working there were friendly and provided great customer service to us all. “ Met my husband for lunch last week, he comes here often. And I will say the smoked fish dip was delicious and I order the Philly cheese steak was absolutely amazing. I have yet to find a place that makes a fantastic Philly especially with a soft bread. This even though in hobe sound is a start.. ”

Lots of staff has been there the entire time, which to me, speaks volumes. The dinner specials are off the charts great. And prime rib always sells out early. Highly recommend!!!! ”
